The facility has a parking lot with two reserved spaces, located not far from the sports facility entrance, but on a moderate slope (10-11%). Persons with mobility impairments can park their car immediately next to the entrance upon request. Sportwell Malles is also connected to the Malles train and bus station via an accessible (also sloped) path. The cashier's desk is located near the main entrance, from which a non-accessible revolving door leads to the changing rooms. Mothers with strollers and wheelchair users can use a secondary door (the door used by guests when leaving the facility). The facility's areas are connected by a ramp (bent) starting from the entrance. The pools are equipped with vertical ladders, but the facility also has a wheelchair lift; the children's pool and waterfall pool are accessible via three steps. The disabled-accessible changing room is located near the pool, along with an accessible restroom. The sauna and Turkish bath area features several spacious, doorless cabins. The post-sauna relaxation areas are located on the upper floor and can be easily reached by the elevator (140x110 cm, door width 90 cm) located in the sauna area. The same elevator leads to the beauty center and solarium, accessible to all. The fitness area is located on the lower floor, complete with gym, indoor tennis courts, bowling alley, and changing rooms for the athletics stadium, accessible from the entrance via an elevator (130x95 cm, ask for the key). Each area has an accessible restroom. Outside, the athletics stadium, garden, outdoor pool, and beach volleyball court are accessible to all.
